Giovanna Giampa is an associate attorney at Fusco and Macaluso, practicing criminal defense, labor and administrative law, appeals, and matrimonial law. Giovanna began her career as a clerk to owner of the firm, Roy Macaluso, Esq., where she learned the ins and outs of personal injury work. Her broad practice has provided her vast experience and knowledge among an array of cases. Due to her diverse background, Giovanna develops an innovative litigation strategy to meet each client’s specific needs, and provides thoughtful representation in each of her cases.
In 2013, Giovanna graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor’s in English Journalism. Giovanna obtained her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016, where she participated in the Family Law Clinic for the Seton Hall University Center for Social Justice.
During law school, Giovanna was a judicial intern in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Bergen County, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
