David T Ercolano

David T. Ercolano is a senior associate at Fusco & Macaluso. His practice focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury claims involving automobile accidents, truck accidents, trip/slip and fall accidents and product defect cases. David obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Environmental Science from Muhlenberg College in 2007, and subsequently received his law degree with a concentration in Health Law from Seton Hall Law School in 2010. Prior to joining Fusco and Macaluso in 2013, David worked for the insurance defense firm of Maloof, Lebowitz, Connahan and Oleske. There he specialized in complex construction defect litigation, personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability and insurance coverage disputes. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and The United States District Court of New Jersey.
